Hello, Today I have upgraded katalon to 6.1.5 the latest and after that I am unable to export the report to PDF, i have already loaded the plugin ‘Basic report’. After clicking export to PDF, the process shows in progress, it never get finishes. [image] Any thoughts on this?

HI @neethu73 , Depends on how long of your test run, PDF exporting will take amount of time to export. Btw, can your share the error log file or the report folder as zip file (in private) if you can share. Thanks

Hello @duyluong , Apologies for the late response. Today I tried again to export to PDF and the process completed after 5-10 minutes. Everythink looks fine ! Thanks again.
