Ie explorer not working

Hello,

Im unable to run the test cases on IE or EDGE WITH NO SUCCESS, DID THE RECOMMENDED STEPS (https://docs.katalon.com/katalon-studio/docs/internet-explorer-configurations.html) but still unable to run the test cases, does anyone solved it?

Is it a requirement that your AUT must be tested in IE and/or Edge?

If the answer is no, then I would recommend ditching the effort, and sticking with the more reliable driver-browser pairs, like Chrome, Firefox, etc. IE is a notoriously bad browser, and the driver for it does its best to compensate.

If the answer is yes, then you should provide more details on what isn’t working (give us the error logs, what you’ve tried so far that hasn’t worked, etc.):

In the first place, yes i shouldve provided more info, ill post it in more detail next week, however, the issue is that katalon is not able to input name and password.
