Is it possible to stop Katalon from inserting a blank line between each line of recorded code? I use Script view, but I suspect that others in my team will try amending steps using Manual view and therefore make a mess of my existing code.
Also, has anyone else had problems where sometimes switching from Script to Manual view, making a change and then switching back to Script view causes comments to be moved elsewhere in your code? I’m not sure how to reproduce this, I’ve just noticed some odd behavior on occasion.

No, you shouldn’t use the Manual mode once you have started using the Script mode. See also this post.
I think that Manual mode is a tool for those who do not mind how the source codes look like.
