Yes the issue was reported and seems to now be fixed in v6.1.4. If you could try upgrading and see if that resolves the issue

'Run from here' no longer works in Version 6.1.3

I upgraded to Version 6.1.3 today and now the “Run from here” command no longer works. It will attempt to execute the test case, but it fails on every step I restart from. Steps that execute just fine when executing the test case initially will fail when restarting using “Run from here”. The error message is stating the browser isn’t opened, but it is.
