Thanks again, this is working! I finally used this XPath expression: //h2[text()="ENFANTS N°1"]/following-sibling::n9-adhesion-beneficiaire/div[1]/form[1]/mat-form-field[2]/div[1]/div[1]/div[1]/input[1]

It’s about WebUI testing, not about desktop app testing. I don’t know if the similar level of XPath (predicates using [position()=N]) is supported for desktop applications.
