Why when clicking Record (active browser) it only leads to the link and other operations are not displayed on Record Action?

I never use the ‘active browsers’ option, I’m not sure what the advantage is.
Reading this documentation or this though, using this options installs the Katalon Recorder. Can you check whether this is successful and hasn’t been blocked or failed? You may need to restart the browser.
