I just want to know which option to use for below scenario: Created multiple test cases as a suite, But in test cases folder given tag is applied to multiple scenarios(Like One Test case Folder Test case having one tag name with multiple scenarios (1 Test case equals to multiple scenarios with one tag)) bcz i have **around 2000plus scenarios for that individual tag for every scenario is not consider** Configured as **retry failed executions only in katalon** it’s not working What’s happening is It executing again all (passed and failed ) cases in that test case ---

When I watch test suites run on Test cloud it seems to replay the whole suite multiple times even if no failures. The test reports however shows they only ran each test once ---

what happens if you select RETRY FAILED EXECUTIONS IMMEDIATELY? ---

hi @pmyakala katalon’s retry works at test case level, and your whole runFeatureFolderWithTags call is one test case, so a retry has no choice but to run all 3 scenarios again. katalon cannot see inside cucumber. use cucumber’s own rerun plugin instead. first runner writes the failed scenarios to a file: ```groovy @RunWith(Cucumber.class) @CucumberOptions(features = 'Include/features', glue = '', tags = '@Smoke', plugin = ['pretty', 'rerun:Reports/rerun-smoke.txt']) public class SmokeRunner {} ``` second runner reads that file: ```groovy @RunWith(Cucumber.class) @CucumberOptions(features = '@Reports/rerun-smoke.txt', glue = '', plugin = ['pretty']) public class SmokeRerun {} ``` two test cases, `CucumberKW.runWithCucumberRunner(SmokeRunner)` then `CucumberKW.runWithCucumberRunner(SmokeRerun)`, in that order in the suite, and turn katalon’s retry off. the rerun only touches scenarios that failed, which is what you asked for. with 2000 scenarios you probably also want to split the one big tag into a few runner test cases anyway, so a single failure does not take an hour to retry.
