Why i have to sign in twice to access to the Katalon Recorder extension?

I just want to clarify if you were able to log into Katalon Recorder the second time.

It would help if you could provide us with a video recording of when you trying logging into Katalon Recorder so we can see whether we could reproduce it on our end.
