Hi, While I really appreciate your effort to “Tackle test flakiness”, I also think, that one of the very best approach to tackle test flakiness would be to use Playwright instead of Selenium. Because Playwright has it’s internal much better coded, and is therefore much more reliable, and even faster as a bonus. [Playwright is also in Java](https://github.com/microsoft/playwright-java), so it probably wouldn’t be that hard to bring it into Katalon Studio 🙂 It also has Playwright Recorder now, so it’s easy to just record test. I’ve already created forum post about starting using Playwright here. So every fan of Playwright, please upvote it, thanks 🙂 > [@Switch Katalon Studio from Selenium to Playwright](http://forum.katalon.com/t/switch-katalon-studio-from-selenium-to-playwright/57298): > > Hi, I recently discovered, that there is new framework for testing Web called Playwright. I did a decent research on the internet and found, that it really looks as a very promising framework. It has better internals than Selenium, so it is more reliable and faster. Here, one guy explains why it is much better than Selenium: So my question is, does Katalon Studio ever plan to start supporting Playwright as well? It would be very good as there isn’t any good Testing Platform for Playwright y… Pleaeease developers, consider to bring it into Katalon Studio 🙏 🙏 🙏 🙏 Thanks so much 🙂 --- _[View the full topic](https://forum.katalon.com/t/whats-new-in-v8-1-0/57541)._
