Hi! To try Katalon True Platform, please first create a Katalon account: Sign up | Katalon Software Quality Management Platform

If you are joining an existing company account, please ask your Account Admin to invite you to the right organization/project and assign an available True Platform license. You do not need Account Admin access just to view or use a project — that role is only required for managing users, subscriptions, licenses, and projects.

If your company does not yet have a True Platform subscription or trial entitlement, please contact your Katalon account team/CSM to request a trial or enable the appropriate plan. Once the license and project access are assigned, sign in again and the project should appear.

Yes, user can try True Platform, but either:

  • HIs organization must already have available True Platform licenses assigned to him, or
  • HIs organization needs to request a True Platform trial from Katalon.

So to summarize
Studio license alone is not enough. You need a True Platform trial or a True Platform license assigned by your organization’s admin.
