I manually updated the browser drivers but the tests still fail, it says that the driver executable does not exist but it’s there

can you please mention the browser, scenario and screenshots for the same to understand your issue clearly
If you do the update of browser drivers manually, you have to ensure you get the correct driver (or zip file for the driver which you then need to unzip), put it in the correct folder for the specific browser and ensure it has the correct name (it should but if it doesn’t, then you may have the driver in the wrong folder – not the correct driver for the browser you were expecting). So, there are a few things you have to get right.

Personally, I just use the Tools > Update Web Driver of KS menu nowadays.
Edit: find your Katalon install directory and then:
Katalon_Studio_Directory\configuration\resources\drivers\
