Unable to start the application (our Android native mobile application)

I am trying to run our native android application, just basic test of starting the app, moving around in the menu etc, type of stuff.
@Created a test project, simple test case,
@USB connected the Android mobile device with our mobile app loaded and working on it via Vysor app.
@ pointed the apk file of our Android mobile app. Start the AUT
@ When Start button is pressed, Katalon studio tried to start the AUT, but threw this message and stopped
@JDK: 11.0.12

@ I noticed a JDK version of 1.8 is noted instead of 11.0.12. even though my mac profile defined the JAVA_HOME correctly.

Katalon Studio bundles Java Runtime Engine v1.8 inside its distributable and it uses the bundled JRE. Whatever version of JDK you have installed in your PC, Katalon Studio would not use it, It does not refer to the environment variable JAVA_HOME at all.
