Unable to send GET Request - Recieoved fatal alert: access_denied

Please help!
I was able to set up and run some UI Tests, but for API Call, even basic GET https://reqres.in/api/users/2 i am getting Recieoved fatal alert: access_denied alert. Please see screen below. Any ideas?

Hi Andrey,
Thank you for the feedback! I am able to run UI Test Case and no issues to launch.

I will review my proxy setting and will try again…
