Unable to save screenshot on failure

i’m unable to take screenshot for failed test cases and no screenshot found in reports folder. i have selected the checkbox in project>settings>report. My katalon version 7.3.1

ERROR [SMART_XPATH] Cannot save screenshot to: C:/Users/ikrithik/Pictures/Flow/Reports/smart_xpath, reason: (y + height) is outside of Raster

could you please help me out
