When tried to run app on simulator, it isn’t showing a dropdown list of simulators. It is directly considering device (even though it is not connected to laptop). Katalon version is 8.1.0.

You can manually delete the file settings/internal/com.kms.katalon.core.mobile.ios.properties under project folder, reopen project then run again.
Thank you so much. It helped. Also, did the same to Android and it is also working. I deleted properties files and closed the project in Katalon. I re-opened it and it worked.
