Unable to record and replay in any browsers

Hi,

Chrome Browser
When tried to record the tests in chrome it is displaying ‘Manifest file is missing and unreadble’ and also throws an error.

Firefox Browser
There is a popup displayed when tried to record tests in Firefox 'The old Firefox process must be closed to open a new window.'There is no Firefox window opened in the first place.

Please terminate the running chromedriver.exe and geckodriver.exe process then run again.

Tried it after terminating it still does not work. Shows the same error message
