Unable to play recorded video by Katalon Studio

I ran the KS script and my Test case failed and Video folder was created with AVI and SRT file. I am unable to play the video as stand alone (using windows media player) or from the KS interface. Getting an error “Cannot play video”

Hi Sandeep

I believe Katalon advises to use the KLite Codec? I use VLC which plays the files fine.
