Unable to locate ids in the browser while running automation scripts which are in the  
form of “text3840980938”. Pleas provide a solution

Yes exactly

for example consider there is an element  
we can perform CRUD (create/read/update/delete)operations on that element.  
Once if the element is deleted and recreated with the same name id is going to be changed

Yes id is going to be changed while running the automation script for another time
