Unable to export HTML reports for a Test Suite / Test Case

Hello,

I’m using Katalon 5.6.0 on my company computer and when I do a right click on a report to export it in HTML it doesn’t work, the files are not created.

Is there any error message?

Is there an error posted to the log file?

How can I check the log file for this export ? In the Katalon console I have no element related to the export.
