# Unable to connect to katalon update server javax.net.ssl.SSLException: Connection reset

Hello community member, i would like to know why at times i encounter this error while opening katalon studio: **Unable to connect to katalon update server**  
**javax.net.ssl.SSLException: Connection reset**

How to solve this without the need to download the latest version manually?
