Do you know if theres a difference on how katalon uses test cases in the regular test suite vs test suite collection?
Since, when i perform a basic test suite most tests will pass but when in a sequential suite collection, most cases fail, even though nothing changes.

Test Suite Collection, as the name suggests, is merely a collection of test suites. There should be no differences between executing test suites manually and executing them in a Collection.
Could you provide us with more information: screenshot and error messages and log files ?
