Spy Web often will not initiate

Hey all, I’m having a bit of trouble with Spy Web initiating so that I can capture actions to include in test scripts. I have confirmed the correct web address is added to Spy Web, it’s the correct browser and my connection is strong. Does anyone have any suggestions?

to capture actions, use recorder. spy is for capture objects
