Server Error in '/' Application

While recording with Katalon, I’m getting a “Server Error in '/ ’ in Application” error message, after I click on my login button. Any suggestions on how to resolve this issue?

The message is possibly due to server-side issue, not due to Katalon Studio. You should speak to the server-side engineers.
