We’re excited to share that the new Katalon Community Forum will officially go live on November 5, 2025! 
This update brings a completely refreshed look and structure designed to make it easier for users to find information, share expertise, and collaborate across products and topics.
Before we launch, the forum will enter a short maintenance window to complete the migration. Here’s everything you need to know 
When is the maintenance?

Estimated duration: about 5–6 hours
What happens during this time
- You’ll still be able to browse and view topics, but posting, replying, or editing will be temporarily disabled.
- A maintenance banner will appear during this window.
- Drafts or unsaved posts may be lost, so please save anything important beforehand.
What’s new in the revamped forum
- Smarter categories organized around Applications Under Test, including Web, API, Mobile, Desktop, AI, and more
- Better visibility for accepted answers, so helpful solutions are easier to find
- A new Trial Experience Hub to guide new users and showcase onboarding resources
These updates are designed to make the forum simpler, faster, and more collaborative, helping you connect, learn, and grow more easily within the Katalon ecosystem.
What to expect after maintenance
- All your content, Kudos, and solutions are safe and will remain accessible
- Some topics may be moved or re-tagged to fit the new structure
- You’ll notice a cleaner design, faster navigation, and smoother experience right away
- We’ll continue polishing UI details and making small improvements after launch
In the meantime, you can continue using the current forum as usual, all content and discussions will remain safe and accessible during migration.
