relative date variable?

Is it possible to create a variable that has it s value set using a bit of groovy to a relative date?
Also it’d great to be able to format the date to dd/MM/yyyy

e.g. var startDate = todays date plus 10 days

a little bit magic and that’s it:

String todayPlusTen = DateTimeFormatter.ofPattern("dd/MM/yyyy").format(LocalDate.now().plusDays(10))
