Record an already opened tab and playback on another tab

Good Day.

Is it possible to start recording on an already opened chrome tab and playback on another opened tab?

Objective is similar to recording a macro and playing it back on an already opened chrome tab.
Something what “iMacro for firefox” is capable of.
