The first two pieces in this series came from people working through what agentic QA means for their teams. Huy Tieu built an AI quality companion from inside Katalon. Gastón Marichal made it work for real client teams at QAlified.
Fariz came at it from a different angle. He’s QA Lead at Hubble and organizes ISQA Yogyakarta, and every time we steered the conversation toward AI, he steered it back to the things that were already true before any of this arrived. Not out of skepticism about the tools. More that he’s watched enough people skip the basics and then wonder why nothing holds up three sprints later.
This one is less about adopting a new technology and more about what stays constant underneath it.
