Purchased Licence not showing in Orders

I’ve just bitten the bullet and purchased a DevOps licence so that I can carry on working as I was with V6.

But - despite the order being paid, and an email saying the licence is activated — I don’t see any licences listed in my portal, nor orders showing on my account.

How long does it take? Surely it should be active before I receive the email saying it is active?

Where did you check the license information, can you provide screenshots, and also the email that you used to purchase so I can check with the team.

I’ve created an API key, and it’s still saying there is no valid licence too…

Please use argument: “-apiKey” instead of “-api-key”
