"Profiles" label should be changed to "Profiles (Global Variables)"

I have noticed that since Katalon Studio 5.4 some people can not find where Global Variables are displayed in the GUI.

I would like to suggest a small change as the following screenshot shows: introducing a verbose label “Profiles (Global Variables)”.
