Why is there no solution to this issue? there’s like 5+ posts on this and WE are facing the same exact issue in 2025 almost. ---

Hi @ashraf.madina, There might be various reasons for that error. Browsers most probably is not properly opened and thus no screenshot can be taken (and obviously the click action on your “5. Certification Page” will not happen). Is a profile selected for your run? Perhaps your browser needs update? Perhaps driver needs update?
