Ive noticed that after installing katalon, theres no shortcut icon created on my desktop. I need to locate first the folder in order to open the app. Is it a normal behavior or there’s something wrong with my installation or anything?
Yes, it is normal behavior, you can use Send option on exe file to create a shortcut on your desktop.
