New Test Object missing from context menu (was TestObject Creation)

I am unable to create new TestObject from Object Repository folder due to the option is not exist .

A workaround is to create a web testing project (select the type carefully) and copy the *.prj file to your current project.

From where i need to get *.prj file?

It will be already exist in my created project .
