# Need Assistance with Katalon Studio Issue

Hello Katalon Community,

I’m reaching out because I’ve encountered a bit of a snag while using Katalon Studio, and I could really use some help.

I’ve been working on a project and have run into an unexpected issue with one of the features. I’ve tried troubleshooting on my own, but I haven’t been able to find a solution.  
I also check this, [http://forum.katalon.com/t/update-issue-in-katalon-studio](http://forum.katalon.com/t/update-issue-in-katalon-studio/51792)[qlik sense](https://www.igmguru.com/data-science-bi/qlik-sense-training/) But I have not found any solution.

If anyone has experience with a similar problem or could offer some guidance on how to troubleshoot effectively within Katalon Studio, I would greatly appreciate it.
