We need someone to provide a tailor made training, more like Job Support training to the QA Staff on the tool. Initial training to include an interactive session explaining the Job needs and asking questions and further to that a more Support or retainer service. Any help would be much appreciated.
Katalon does offer official training and consulting services you can inquire about through their website under Services. That is probably your best bet for structured, tool-specific onboarding with follow-up support
There are lots of resource available online, youtube to learn at least to understand the Katalon tool, even the Katalon document ( though that is mostly not updated)

I’ve been trying to learn mostly from YouTube and docs, but I also feel like having someone to guide on real use cases would help a lot, especially with things like framework setup and debugging.
We need someone who can provide support, based on specific work flows that we need assistance on to create scripts. The videos are generic and do not answer some very specific questions that we have.
My suggestions would be to just keep on automating scripts and debug the failure, the real time activity is the best teacher. Slowly you will get all information.

You post your workflow questions in the thread, our engineers reply directly. Exactly the kind of workflow-level help you mentioned the videos don’t provide.
