If anyone could help at all that would be great, running the trial version of the JIRA plugin before purchasing and receiving the “account is invalid” message when trying to connect.
Is it having issues authenticating due to single sign on being used with JIRA, when we log in with email for JIRA we are redirected to single sign on page and enter verification code. Is there a way to authenticate the plugin?
