Loading of Extension in chrome

Hello,
I tried to load extension on chrome browser which worked as expected. But i wanted to make extension work on an application which was not possible to automate. It took as 2 sesions one to open browser and other one to open load extension.

Can anyone help me on this?

Could you provide more information, screenshot on the case. I am not sure I understood it clearly.
