[Known problem debrief] Unable to log in Katalon Studio

Dear Community members,

Thank you for using Katalon. We sincerely apologize for any blockers you may have experienced regarding the recent failed login. As a result, you might face the following situations as described:

  1. You log in to Katalon Studio with your credential, the error popped up “Authentication failed. Attempting to create again or contact support@katalon.com
  2. You try to create an account, but this message appears “Sorry, this email has been registered
  3. You click “Forgot your password”, but there is no confirmation email to your mailbox.

At Katalon, we value our customers and always strive for the best customer experience. We are taking this incident thoroughly and in progress to resolve the issue. It is expected to be resolved on Monday, June 13th 2022 .

In the meantime, would you mind confirming that you have unsubscribed emails from Katalon or blocked some external sources (i.e: mailchimp, mandrill)? It might be one of the root causes preventing us from sending emails.
