# Katalon told me that I had been locked for too many login errors, but I couldn't unlock it

Hello, katalon

It may be that I used the wrong password to log in too many times, causing the KS message "Too many faild login attempts.Please visit [https://analytics.katalon.com](https://analytics.katalon.com) to unlock the CAPTCHA and then try again " when I log in.

However, it didn’t work when I changed the password. The problem of unlocking CAPTCHA still couldn’t be solved, and finally I couldn’t use KS.

Trouble to help solve, I really have no way, thank ~!
