While running Katalon in a pipeline and publishing the results to TestOps I noticed that when a Test Suite fails it produces a picture. I was wondering why it doesn’t do this if a Test Suite encounters an error and if there is a way that I can make it submit a picture on error too.

Have you configured the Project → Settings → Execution like the image below?
Also, have you checked the files in the Test Results details like the image below?
