Katalon Runtime Devops License to run KRE locally

Hello ,

I am encountering an issue when I try to run KRE locally:

I have 8 KRE Devops licenses that are available and am using the same api that I use in my pipeline (which works).
However when I try to run KRE locally get the above error.

Is the KRE Devops license stopping me from running KRE locally?
