I am trying to record a simple invalid log in script. When I hover over the error msg that pops up and select verify element text or verify element is present the object that is being captured is incorrect. Is there a way for me to edit the expected versus actual text or a way for Katalon to capture it correctly. I have verified via inspect that it is coded correctly.

Please try to provide unique xpath so that Katalon can verify it correctly, recommend to user id attr. I found Katalon Recorder : Verify Text Statement - #6 by autobot1 this similar topic, please take a look!
