Katalon not connecting to internet when it is behind the proxy, kobiton integration wizard not working when it is behind the proxy settings

Please have a look at this:

This post reports that Katalon Studio behind proxy is unable to open browser on BrowserStack. I believe the same applies to Kobiton.
