Katalon License is messing up machines id's for RTE machines

We have Katalon License configured against our two Katalon RTE machines, The Machines IDs are getting messed up with incorrect machine ids pretty much everyday, which results in http error 400 on launch of test suite from RTE mahchines. These has been very frustrating experience.

Any help…??

We are having the exact issues. Do you have any resolution for it? Because of this issue, we are thinking not to use Katalon Runtime Engine.

Any comments?
