Katalon Custom Keyword failed to query database on VPN network

I made a Custom Keyword which is used to verify the value from database. It worked well in local network (office network). But It failed when I run itu from my home network through VPN.

It seems that is running well, but the process cannot be done (maybe it stuck somewhere).

Please help me.

PS: The database is PostgreSQL
