I’ve noticed that there is one Test Result that is empty and keeps on loading. It was executed 20 hours ago prior to this report.Can someone tell me the reason behind it?

This issue might be because the execution has been terminated before Katalon can send the results or Katalon failed to send results due to a network problem.
However, you could choose “Mark as completed” option to stop the execution loading.
