Hi Community members,

We just wrapped up the KataConnect #13 — and this one was extra special! :tada: It marked our very first community meetup in Pune, India, bringing Katalon enthusiasts together for a fun, hands-on learning experience.

Hosted by our amazing community experts Kalpana Kukreja and @Monty_Bagati, the session was a deep dive into test automation essentials, designed specifically for those starting out.

:man_teacher: What We Did

Participants rolled up their sleeves and followed along with:

  • :white_check_mark: Creating test cases from scratch in Katalon Studio
  • :wrench: Integrating projects with Git
  • :rocket: Building a CI/CD pipeline using Katalon Runtime Engine on Azure DevOps

All activities were practical and beginner-friendly, helping attendees set up their own testing workflows by the end of the session!

This was really an awesome session. Most of the meetups around testing space is all about theory and no practical , but in this meetup , we created an e2e flow from the scratch with a working ci pipeline using azure DevOps.
