# JIRA integration

I connected Katalon (4.8.0) to my own JIRA however, whenever I submit an issue after running a test suite, the pop-up window will not be logged in to JIRA.

I need to log in again even though I’ve entered the correct login details in the settings. It happens again when I try to submit another different issue with JIRA where the pop-up window is not log in to JIRA.

Is it caused by the version or JIRA is incompatible or this is a known issue?
