When I was in the API test, HTTP Body under the definition of form-data in a parameter of the type of File, because Variables is not the type of File Variables, so the File parameters in form-data can not be parameterized.The same goes for Variables in Test Cases.In order to enhance the applicability of Katalon, it is recommended to increase the variable type as File Variables
