Hi Try this,

e:
cd E:\VUPHUONGNAM\TIMO_BEST_TOOL\Katalon_Studio_Windows_64-5.8.5
Katalon -nosplash …(enter full command in the place of dots)

Above should work

I install Katalon 6.1.5 ( Update Katalon )
I install Jenkin again
