In the image, when I am hovering my cursor on ::after only then the plus icon gets detected/highlighted.
But when I right click on ::after it does not give the option to copy the selector or xpath.
Is there a way to access this ::after?

Read this first.
In CSS,
::after
creates a pseudo-element that is the last child of the selected element. It is often used to add cosmetic content to an element with thecontent
property. It is inline by default.
::after
is not a HTML element. It is not an accessible entity at all. There is no XPath for ::after
defined.
